Body for Life 12-veckors challange


Ett träningsprogram som går ut på att komma i form på 12 veckor. Man kan använda programmet flera ggr på rad tills man nått sitt eget mål. Träning 6 dagar i veckan, 3 ggr styrketräning och 3 ggr kondition.
